TERMS OF SERVICE

IF YOU DISRESPECT ANY OF THESE RULES, YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED OF COMMISSIONING ME.

If you want to use the artwork for commercial purposes, we should discuss a extra charge for the rights to do it and a agreement on the copyright & usage.

If isn't for commercial use, we both NEED to follow these rules:

I, Anna Souza (the artist):
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

You (the customer/commissioner):
You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media.
You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)
You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.
Claiming the artwork as your own.
Altering the artwork without my consent.

GENERAL

I have the right to reject any order without having to explain the reason.
According to your order and the level of complexity prices may change.

PAYMENT

The payments must be made via PayPal
Commissions can be paid 100% of the price, or you can slipt 50% before I send you the order and 50% after. But keep in mind that if you choose to split I will send the drawing with a protective watermark, and only after the full paiment I will send it with the usual watermark.
In any circunstance you should pay me before we fully agreed on your commission!

PROCESS

You can ask for a sketch if you want to see if everything is how you want, but only 1 time, since this can slow my progress.
The period to finish your commission varies according with what you order. Once everything is finish you will receive the full-resolution image or images. NOTE: THERE IS NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Once I start working on your order you're forbidden in any circunstance to cancel it.
If for any reason i'm not able to continue your order you will receive a refund.
